How dispatch works

01

Order by Saturday

Book your loaf online before the order book closes.

02

We bake to order

Every loaf is mixed, shaped and baked for that week's dispatch. Nothing sits on a shelf.

03

Collect Wednesday

Pick up from 12pm at the Corner Spot. Ask at the counter under your name.

The grain

Good bread starts in the paddock.

Our flour is milled by Wholegrain Milling in Gunnedah from certified sustainable Australian grain: chemical residue-free and traceable back to the farm. We ferment it slowly and bake it by hand in Busselton.
